I’m so happy to say that I’m officially not worried about Mendy leaving for AFCON. Kepa is as confident and commanding as he has ever been, and I’ll trust him like I always hoped I could. Of course, it would be nice to have Mendy, but Kepa has proven himself more than capable. I’m looking forward to seeing two strong options in goal with very different attributes we could potentially take advantage of depending on our opposition going forward.
