  1. Do you have to have a certain body weight to be able to avoid hypothermia as you're in the ice bath? I feel like a lot of the people in these videos weigh over a certain weight and definitely have some kind of athletic build to their bodies. I'm very light and I would love to try the ice bath one day but I am very concerned about my heart just exploding or stopping while submerged in the water. I've taken cold showers when I was younger just to cool down during hot summers but I would also like to try the cold showers too.

  2. Breathings crazy. I am a football fan being doing it two weeks with cold showers. Went in the north sea two days ago for about 5 minutes on cold day without a single shiver. And my posture is becoming all self corrective and stronger, just overall better functioning. Two fucking weeks!

  5. Wim's method works , i trained for 7 weeks and last week i just take a swim in snow melt river and i was able to stay there for about 3 mins , i didn't sneeze once after that i take a 1 mile hike and just feel strong , my joint and body just feel light like when i was younger .

  6. I read Wim's book 'Becoming The Iceman' around 5 years ago and have been following him ever since. Now I see he's at my local football club, totally unexpected and so cool.
