  6. we may not like or agree with the Chelsea model but
    what every graduate need is a breakthrough in their specialized field, yes I do agree they don't promote them too often in the first team but they do get them job placement around the world, you may not like it but that's a huge deal for any young graduate( to be given an opportunity to learn, develop and build your career.). Don't forget every big teams has an academy, when was the last time we saw a young gun from the academy join the first team and establish himself, the last time I saw that it was Messy with Barcelona since then nothing from the Barcelona academy… by all means you can correct me if I am wrong( can't say no to learn a thing or two )

  26. so, when you play football, you don't think much when scoring etc. Terry has showed many signs of being racist. It's not like he would quit playing football in chelsea because there are black people in the club.
